Old Plan/New Plan

Old Plan

  1. Overthink things
  2. Get crazy emotional over what's usually nothing
  3. Ask anyone who will listen for advice
  4. Agree with everyone, but continue to do whatever the hell my crazy emotions tell me
  5. Repeat ad nauseum

New Plan

  1. Don't overthink things
  2. In case of overthinking, do something else instead

  1. The old one sounds like the one I currently do. I know I shouldn't overthink things but once I start I can't stop, and even if I stop, my brain is still whirring.
